Our office is situated within a private courtyard area and is a self-contained main door office. You can have access 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. We have also adhered to the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and welcome users with additional requirements to try our facilities. Our cabling infrastructure was installed and is maintained by CablingTechnology. Cabling Technology provided Category5e structured cabling systems for our Telephone Network, Computer Network, and Security Systems. |
We are proud of our office and ensure that it is maintained accordingly. We would like you to feel comfortable and at ease within our environment. Our environment has many features, including: heating, running water, kitchen and dining areas, CAT2 lighting, CAT5 data cabling, ergonimic office furniture, and temporary storage facilities.
We are also cocerned about our customer's welfare when utilising our services. We have safety and security measures policies and procedures. This includes regulatory obiligations, such as fire security. We also ensure strict data security measures.
Our premises are also secured through alarms, 24 hour CCTV monitoring, and security guard patrols (during hours of darkness)
Our services include a staffed reception, incoming\outgoing telephone lines, Broadband Internet access, Personal Computer (PC or Macintosh, Monitor, Keyboard ouse), Desk and Chair, Photocopying, and Faxing.
