My Hot Desk – equipment includes desks computers and broadband

Use our HotDesk when you require a location to undertake your work, when you need specific facilities or equipment, or when you need extra capacity. Our HotDesks are convenient and easy to use. They free you from contractual and financial obligations associated with a Serviced Office.

Rent a HotDesk and you can use the following:

A DELL Computer System with Windows XP Operating System and Microsoft Office 2003
Computer Peripherals, including Laser Printer, Scanner, and Fax Machine
High Speed (Broadband) Internet Connection
Incoming and Outgoing Telephone Line
and all other General Office Equipment

Our office furniture has been provided by DAMS. The furniture is ergonomically designed to ensure comfort whilst working. Desk screens separate each HotDesk to create individual space and reduce noise.

All HotDesks have cable management and a pedestal with open storage and a single drawer.

Extra storage can also be provided.

All of our Personal Computers are supplied by DELL. Each computer is covered by an onsite repair-or-replace warranty. There are also additional standy-by computers available for immediate swap in-out.

Our HotDesks are always available.

You simply pay for what you use

SUBSCRIPTION

We have three subscription levels that all span over the period of one calendar month. You can pre-book 10, 20, or 40 hours. If you require more then this can be arranged mutually. You may select your preferred hours of usage one week in advance. We will ensure the HotDesk and any additional facilities are available.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

You can enquire to availability through the telephone, online, or in person. If we have free capacity then you can use a HotDesk immediately.
